I founded and built Zaylotix: a cloud POS platform (web + mobile app) that lets any shop run its whole business from a phone — no computer, no hardware. I own it end to end: the product, the tiered subscription model, the pricing, and the go-to-market through my agency, zaylotix.com.

GM IT Academy
Built an institution's entire product ecosystem from scratch — LMS, student CRM, e-commerce enrolment, video & news portal, donation platform and POS — all in production, serving 500+ active learners.
Makkah Quick Laundry
Real-time WhatsApp webhook processing with OpenAI-powered intent detection in Arabic and English — an AI assistant that understands customer requests and drives bookings automatically.
Packer Panda

- Founded and lead Zaylotix — a multi-tenant cloud POS SaaS sold on a tiered subscription model.
- Own product, pricing, positioning and go-to-market; sell subscriptions commercially through the Zaylotix agency.
- Owned the institution's entire product & technology strategy — took each product from idea to working delivery in-house.
- Designed and launched 35+ courses for blended online/offline delivery.
- Recruited and led a cross-functional team of 30+ across development, instruction and operations.
- Delivered client-facing products and set up physical lab, studio and live-class infrastructure.
- Owned production Laravel products for Gulf-region businesses, integrating WhatsApp Cloud API and OpenAI GPT via Meta webhooks.
- Led a remote cross-functional team — code reviews, production fixes, and translating technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
